The shop owner was incredibly gracious, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed when my order was completed and again when it shipped, which meant so much. The memorial rock is thoughtfully crafted with care. It was a gift for my daughter and her family, and they said it’s a wonderful reminder of their beloved dog.
