I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but this time is different. There was amazing customer service and communication throughout the entire process. Before sending off my requested piece, the seller also was nice enough to send photos of how it turned out prior to receiving me it. I also received my package earlier than I was expecting. Overall, an amazing experience and definitely recommend!

She provides fabulous customer service, even during the Christmas/New Years holidays. 🥰 I wanted a couple of extra letters on these ceramic hearts and she did a fantastic job of getting them to fit. They look *amazing*❣️ She even shipped both hearts in the same package as I requested, to reduce the environmental impact of the shipping. 🥰 My sister-in-law LOVES them. She cried when she got them and put them with all of her most sacred things where she can see them and feel the love and care I intended every day. Truly, she's simply over the moon about them, and her daughters love them too! 💖 I wouldn't be surprised if they get them for all of their friends❣️
