We ordered 8 plates with our family members names for our head table at our wedding. They turned out perfect. We so appreciated the updates and preview photos we received from the shop. One of the plates cracked and Gitti kept us in the loop while she remade it and sent progress photos. Another one had a small imperfection (according to Gitti, but it looks perfect to us!) and Gitti made us a replacement just to be safe, and still sent the original, so we have an extra! Excellent customer service and even better craftsmanship. We are so pleased.

The shop owner was incredibly gracious, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed when my order was completed and again when it shipped, which meant so much. The memorial rock is thoughtfully crafted with care. It was a gift for my daughter and her family, and they said it’s a wonderful reminder of their beloved dog. Beautiful birthday plate! We're excited to use it for many years to come. The personalization came out exactly as I was hoping. The plate itself was smaller than I was anticipating but I'm sure that's on me for not reading the description carefully.
