Hi, I’m Gitti — the artist behind Cinder Ceramics.
Originally from Germany and now based in California, I work from a light-filled studio where each piece is shaped slowly and by hand. My work centers around connection — personalized ceramics that celebrate life’s meaningful moments, from weddings and anniversaries to everyday rituals of love and remembrance.
Each piece is built with intention, blending sculpture and function in a way that feels timeless and soulful. My German roots continue to guide me — in craftsmanship, simplicity, and design that endures.
I’m grateful to have been featured by Anthropologie, but even more so for every person who brings one of my pieces into their home or gives it to someone they love.
Every collection is created in small batches, fired in a low-energy kiln, and packaged with care using recyclable and biodegradable materials — part of my commitment to thoughtful, sustainable craft.
